Bella Construction & Development Inc. Customer Referral Drawing.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID OUTSIDE PENNSYLVANIA AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
These Official Rules govern the Bella Construction & Development Inc. Customer Referral Drawing (the "Drawing"). By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Drawing.
1. Sponsor
The Drawing is sponsored by Bella Construction & Development Inc. ("Sponsor"), 1-561 Center Hwy, Irwin, PA 15642. Phone: (724) 515-5163. Email: info@mybellaroof.com.
2. Eligibility
The Drawing is open only to legal residents of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and owners of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members, are not eligible. The Drawing is void outside Pennsylvania and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. You are responsible for complying with these Rules and all applicable laws.
3. Entry Period
The Program is an annual giveaway held once per year. The current entry period ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the drawing date posted on the referral site (currently September 30, 2026) (the "Entry Period"). Entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible for that year's Drawing. Sponsor's computer or records are the official timekeeper.
4. How to Enter
(a) Referral entry. During the Entry Period, submit a referral through the form at referrals.mybellaroof.com with the requested information. Each valid referral (see Section 5) earns the referrer one (1) entry into the Drawing. There is no limit on the number of referrals you may submit or the number of entries you may earn.
(b) Free alternate method of entry (no referral required). To enter without submitting a referral, hand-print your full name, complete address, daytime phone number, email address, and date of birth on a plain 3" x 5" card and mail it in a separate, hand-addressed, stamped envelope to: Bella Construction & Development Inc., Attn: Customer Referral Drawing, 1-561 Center Hwy, Irwin, PA 15642. Each mailed card received during the Entry Period equals one (1) entry. Mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries are void. Limit one (1) entry per outer envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Entry Period and received within seven (7) days after the Entry Period ends. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, postage-due, or misdirected mail. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
5. What Counts as a Valid Referral
A "valid referral" is the referral of a distinct, eligible Pennsylvania homeowner who (i) is not already a customer of, or an active prospect or open lead with, the Sponsor; (ii) has not previously been referred; and (iii) whose contact information you are authorized to share. Self-referrals, referrals of members of your own household, duplicate referrals, and incomplete, fraudulent, or unauthorized referrals are not valid and will not be counted. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entry it believes was submitted in violation of these Rules.
6. Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded per Entry Period: the prize posted on the referral site for that period (currently a Blackstone 36" Griddle), with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $350. The total ARV of the prize will not exceed $1,000. The prize is awarded "as is," is non-transferable, and may not be assigned, substituted, or redeemed for cash, except that Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, substitute a prize (or prize component) of equal or greater value. Limit one (1) prize per person per Entry Period. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize, and any expense not specifically described as part of the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
8. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, conducted on or about the drawing date by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final. The potential winner will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact information provided. The potential winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and (where lawful) publicity release within ten (10) days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be reached within ten (10) days, fails to return required documents, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
9. Referral Reward and Discount (Separate from the Drawing)
Independently of the Drawing, and not as consideration for entering it, Sponsor may provide: (a) to the referrer, a thank-you reward of a $50 gift card (redeemable at a retailer of the referrer's choice) if and when the referred party completes and pays in full for a project with the Sponsor; and (b) to the referred party, a Friends & Family discount, the terms and amount of which are determined by the Sponsor. These rewards and discounts are commercial incentives separate from the Drawing, are not required to enter or win the Drawing, and do not increase the chance of winning. Reward and discount eligibility, amounts, and timing are determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and may be changed or discontinued at any time. Recipients are responsible for any applicable taxes; Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 where required.
10. Consent to Contact; Telephone and Text Messages
By submitting a referral, the referrer consents, for the referrer's own contact information, to be contacted by Sponsor by phone call, text message (SMS), and email regarding the referral, the reward, and the Drawing. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies; reply STOP to opt out of texts and HELP for help. The referrer represents that the referrer has the referred party's permission to share the referred party's contact information. Sponsor will obtain the referred party's own consent before sending the referred party any automated text messages or prerecorded calls. See the Privacy Policy.
11. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, you release and agree to hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of or relating to participation in the Drawing or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries, or for any error, omission, interruption, or technical malfunction of any kind.
12. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Drawing (or any portion of it) if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Drawing. Any attempt to deliberately damage the site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Drawing may be a violation of criminal and civil law. This Drawing is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Official Rules and the Drawing are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Drawing shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
14. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. Winner's Name
For the name of the winner of any Entry Period, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Sponsor address above, Attn: Customer Referral Drawing — Winner Request, within ninety (90) days after the applicable drawing date.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
