Bella Construction & Development Inc. ("Bella," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our customer referral program and referral site (referrals.mybellaroof.com), how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the site or submitting a referral, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
- From you (the referrer): your name, phone number, and email address, and the fact that you submitted a referral.
- About the person you refer: their name, phone number, and, if you provide them, their email, city or town, and the service they may need.
- Automatically: limited technical information sent by your browser when you submit the form, such as browser type and general device information.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through this site, and the site is not directed to children under 18.
2. How We Use Information
- To contact the referred person about roofing, exterior, or construction services they may want.
- To contact you about your referral, your reward, and the prize drawing.
- To administer the referral program and prize drawing, including verifying eligibility and selecting and notifying winners.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve our services, and to comply with law.
3. Calls and Text Messages (TCPA / SMS)
When you submit a referral, you consent that we may contact you by phone call, text message (SMS), and email about your referral, your reward, and the drawing. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP (reply HELP for help). You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails.
You confirm that you have the referred person's permission to share their contact information with us. Because consent to receive automated texts or prerecorded calls must come from the person being contacted, we will obtain the referred person's own consent before sending them any automated text messages or prerecorded calls. Our first outreach to a referred person is made by a live, personally placed call or an individual email.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it:
- With service providers who help us run our business — for example, our CRM and marketing/communications platform (HubSpot) and our cloud hosting provider (Google Cloud) — who are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
- As required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Bella, our customers, or others.
- In a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. Data Retention and Security
We keep referral information for as long as necessary to operate the program, administer the drawing, provide rewards, and meet our legal and recordkeeping needs, after which we securely dispose of it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Your Choices and Rights
You may opt out of marketing texts (reply STOP) and emails (use the unsubscribe link) at any time. You may also request to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or ask us not to contact a person you referred, by contacting us using the details below. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
7. Third-Party Links
Our site may link to other websites (for example, our main website). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not operate.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
